1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you—whether individually as a candidate or on behalf of an entity as a corporate client—and PlexEra LLC ("PlexEra," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of https://plexera.pro and any associated advisory, coaching, or talent staffing services.

By accessing our platform, scheduling a career advisory session, submitting a candidate application, or requesting an enterprise talent strategy session, you signify your full agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Description of PlexEra Services

PlexEra operates a dual-pathway platform engineered for career elevation and enterprise technical staffing:

A. Candidate Career Elevation Services

• ATS Resume & LinkedIn Revamps: Engineering keyword-dense, recruiter-tested profiles designed to surpass automated filtering systems.
• 1-on-1 Mock Interview Labs: Practice sessions and system design audits led by experienced tech leads and mentors.
• Targeted Application Engine: Precision matching and verified submissions tailored to candidate preferences.
• Salary & Offer Negotiation: Objective market compensation benchmarking and offer strategy advisory.
• Year-1 Onboarding Safety Net: Post-placement architectural mentoring and guidance to ensure seamless transition into new roles.

B. Enterprise Staffing & Talent Augmentation

• Contract & Sprint Augmentation: Deployment of pre-vetted specialists in as little as 48 hours for immediate roadmap execution.
• Direct Hire & Executive Search: Placement of principal engineers, staff architects, and engineering leadership.
• Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO): End-to-end management of engineering talent pipelines and candidate qualification.

3. Candidate Representations & Code of Conduct

As a participating professional or job candidate engaging PlexEra services, you represent and warrant that:

• All credentials, employment history, degrees, and technical skills listed on submitted resumes or portfolios are truthful, authentic, and accurate.
• You hold the legal right and necessary work authorization to accept employment or contract engagements in your indicated jurisdictions.
• You will maintain professional conduct and timely communication during scheduled mock coaching interviews and prospective employer evaluations.
• You will not misrepresent identity or use automated scraping bots to compromise the platform.

4. Enterprise Client Engagements & Terms

Organizations engaging PlexEra for staffing, talent augmentation, or direct placement agree that:

• All submitted job requisitions reflect genuine, funded employment or contract opportunities.
• Hiring criteria and evaluation processes strictly comply with federal, state, and local non-discrimination and Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE) laws.
• Commercial terms, placement fees, payment schedules, and candidate replacement guarantees are governed by mutually executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs).
• PlexEra candidate presentation records remain confidential; candidate poaching or circumventing agreed fee structures is strictly prohibited.

6. Fee Structures, Free Consultations & Bookings

PlexEra offers complimentary introductory consultations ("Book Free Consult") designed to evaluate career roadmaps and technical staffing requisitions with zero upfront obligation.

Paid programs (including specialized 1-on-1 coaching packages, resume rewrites, or dedicated enterprise search retainers) are agreed upon via written confirmation prior to service delivery. All invoices and wire instructions are communicated exclusively through official `@plexera.pro` domains.

7. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

While PlexEra maintains industry-leading placement metrics (including 98% ATS pass efficiency and rapid 48-hour contractor deployment), services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Final hiring decisions, offer extensions, workplace management, and employment terminations remain the sole responsibility of the hiring employer. PlexEra makes no guarantee that any individual candidate will receive a specific salary offer, nor that an employer will select any specific applicant.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlexEra LLC and its officers, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or PlexEra services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration in Texas, USA.
